  Avoid

  Overall property issues: Very inefficient layout (1 big balcony (at least 100 sqft) and 2 smaller balconies around bedroom and toilet) - don't be fooled by the large sqft number on paper. Poor facilities & management (tiny gym with limited equipment, no guard/ concierge/ reception for parcel delivery, poorly maintained swimming pool)

  Property Management is awful

  Please think twice before living at Liberte. Smart Property Management manages the building and they have been very unresponsive to any requests by tenants. There is also no security here.

  Property Management (Smart Property)

  Beware! Property Management is unresponsive. Getting a timely response here is like winning the lottery. Noise level is unbearable. Check Google Reviews.
