Les Maisons Nassim
Good place. Had the opportunity to stay at Les Maisons Nassim for almost a year. The first thing I noticed was the privacy. With only 14 residences in the entire development, I hardly ever saw other forms of life. Almost feels like living in a vertical, private landed estate rather than a condominium. On that note, facilities are luxurious without feeling crowded. Pool, gym and landscaped courtyard are always quiet because there are so few residents. Security is excellent too, and the staff are discreet but always attentive. Exceptional place to live if privacy and exclusivity rank high on your list (as it does on mine). -

WOHA project
WOHA did an amazing job on Les Maisons Nassim. the architecture is really beautiful; the way luxury is blended with greenery without feeling contrived. The landscaping is lush and peaceful, making it hard to believe Orchard Road is only a few minutes away. Every common area feels thoughtfully designed without being over the top. Understated elegance. That's the true mark of luxury. We could also choose our interior designs, or work with our selected interior designer for our own touch. Naturally, I did just that. no matter the design, everything looks top notch and not tacky. Love it -

incredibly spacious for new dev
generous space from 6k to 12k sqft for 4-6 bedders. with high ceilings, huge living areas & quality finishes throughout. the apartment features large open spaces, beautiful natural light and premium materials throughout. The attention to detail is obvious from the moment you enter. Nice swimming pool, gym, tennis court and landscaped gardens. Everything feels elegant rather than flashy. Security is also very professional and gives residents complete peace of mind. a designer home by reputable Shun Tak in collab with WOHA architects, in the respectable Nassim neighbourhood home to many GCBs and govt bodies. A peaceful, leafy surroundings while Orchard, Tanglin and the embassies are all just a short drive away. If I had one tiny suggestion, it would simply be adding a few more communal space -
