  A great condo gone downhill

  Tenants BEWARE - This condo is probably going in for an en bloc sale. About 75% of the required 80% mandate has been mustered. Poor condo manager and a management committee that couldn't care less about maintenance and repairs. Repairs take months as excuses are furnished for not doing anything for improvement or even maintenance as a sale is expected. Fire alarm keeps going off. Shabby premises, broken signs, dysfunctional water features, repeated collapse of lobby roofs, etc. A complete embarassment. AVOID. Such a beautiful and exclusive condo gone to the dogs.

  Distinctive red building with nice garden landscape. Being 99 years leasehold gives it better rental yields

  Garden in the city

  Superb location ,smack tight in the heart of city yet is beautifully landscaped and well facilitated . Gem of the pack even though its lease hold and old.
