Pros and Cons
This development is close to PP MRT (say 3 mins). However, the surrounding is very cramp and congested. side-by-side surrounded by equally tall condos giving this a 'shoulder to shoulder' feel.The nearby temple also attracts quite some visitors who roam and sit around the area, making one feel as if worshippers are social-gathering. Not a great sight over the weekends.Many other development in the surroundeing to choose from, some with better privacy.
