  Best condo in heritage Joo Chiat

  Green, warm, lush tropical / balinese landscaping and design. Very family friendly. Condo has very good layout, it feels like there are a lot less apartments, each area is nicely separated / private. Good mgmt & helpful MC. Nearby facilities are very good. 112 Katong shopping centre (with Golden Village cinema) is 4~6 mins walk. Joo Chiat Road has very good restaurants. Very good mix of foreigners and Singaporeans. Family friendly, the children have join birthday parties and so on. 3 swimming pools, general court, saunas, gym and extra parking spaces available for visitors. Haig girls school nearby.

  Nice Condo to stay. With resort living style every unit comes with balcony. Very nice landscaping. Just like staying in overseas holiday resorts. Cleverly design toilet where one can shower the other can brush teeth. Colours use in the building blend very nice with the 'old' Joo Chiat.
