Staying at Le Quest in Bukit Batok, Singapore, has several advantages: 1. Mixed-Use Convenience Le Quest is an integrated development with a shopping mall on the lower floors, providing residents with easy access to supermarkets, food courts, retail stores, and essential services. 2. Nearby Amenities Close to West Mall and IMM for more shopping and dining options. Near Bukit Batok Polyclinic and medical facilities. Several schools nearby, including Dulwich College and Princess Elizabeth Primary School. 3. Accessibility & Connectivity A short bus ride to Bukit Batok MRT (NS2) and Jurong East MRT (NS1/EW24), which connects to major business hubs. Close to Dulwich, otherwise not great
This condo has several problems:- Units are relatively small. Anything below 3-bed feels so tiny!- There is quite a lot of dust in the air coming from Tengah.- Drunken uncles siting near fountains downstairs at most times of the day.- Odours from renovations are present quite often.- Strange personas hanging around the area.- Heavy vehicles around HDB construction sites.Was this review helpful? Drunkards downstairs, repeated chemical pollu
The downstairs area of the condo is infested with drunkards at any time of day but especially on mornings and evenings - doesn't feel safe!There were repeated reports of the chemical polution in tower 12 in many units that were not properly handled by managment. Inconvenient without a car
If you live at Le Quest to attend Dulwich College, then this is ideal. If you live at Le Quest with a car, then this is not a bad location. Otherwise, this is a very inconvenient location. You will need to take a public feeder bus 944 to Bukit Batok Interchange, whereby if you need to go to CBD/Town, it takes you another 45mins at least, total journey about 1 hour just to reach these places. The so-called mall is also the saddest I have ever seen. Many shops are empty. Common areas are full of dirty and delinquent people. Condo facilities are abysmal, except the swimming pool. Nearby amenities are non-existent. Stay here if you are a boring person who only stays at home 24/7. Should you need to go out for some reason, good luck to you. There is NO shuttle bus anymore, so don't be scammed.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Nice mixed-development project
Le Quest is a large development comprising commercial and residential units. I purchased one of the commercial units as I am convinced business will come not just from residents but also from the surrounding community. We are completing work on our new café here and hope the footfall will be high. Le Quest has been tastefully designed for both its commercial and residential owners.Was this review helpful?
