Undervalued GEM
Le Quest is shaping up to be one of those developments that does better with time. With the rollout of Tengah BTOs and the broader transformation of the area, its location now makes much more sense than it did years ago. The development itself has aged reasonably well. The mixed-use concept is genuinely practical—daily necessities, food options, and basic services are right downstairs, which is something many newer condos still struggle to offer. As Tengah fills up, Le Quest naturally benefits from spillover demand, especially from renters waiting for their BTOs and buyers who find newer launches increasingly unaffordable. -

Super convenient
It’s a well-designed, comfortable place that’s easy to live in day to day. The layouts make sense, the units feel bright and roomy, and the facilities are well maintained and actually usable. The environment is peaceful, but you’re still close to shops, food, and transport, which makes daily life very convenient. What stands out most is how balanced everything feels — not too crowded, not overly flashy, just practical and well thought out. It feels like a proper home rather than just another condo project. Overall, it’s a solid, stress-free place to stay, and definitely one you’d be happy coming back to every day. -

Perfect home for families
Living at Le Quest has been a great experience for me and my family. The convenience here really stands out — having FairPrice Finest, cafes, and shops just downstairs means we don’t need to travel far for daily needs. The facilities are also very well maintained. My kids love the pool and playground, while I enjoy the gym and the BBQ areas whenever we have gatherings. The location is practical too. It’s easy to get onto PIE/KJE, and the shuttle service to Bukit Batok MRT makes commuting smooth. Even on busy days, everything feels quite accessible. What makes the place even nicer is the community. Neighbours are friendly, and the estate feels safe and family-oriented. It’s not just about the condo itself, but the overall lifestyle it gives - convenient, comfortable and stress-free. -

Huge Potential
Le Quest is a great place to live, especially for families and young couples. The biggest plus is the convenience — having a supermarket, eateries, and shops right downstairs is a game changer. The layout of the units is practical, and the finishings are of good quality. Facilities are impressive for its size — you get a good-sized pool, gym, playgrounds, BBQ areas, and more. It feels safe, clean, and well-maintained. Although it’s not next to an MRT yet, shuttle services help, and the upcoming Jurong Region Line and Tengah developments will likely boost connectivity and value. With the Jurong area growing fast, this place has strong investment potential too. Overall, Le Quest offers a great mix of comfort, convenience, and future upside. -

Good mixed development condo
The condo is highly convenient, with a finest fairprice, mind stretcher, music school, gym, MCDONALD, KFC, Pizza Hut, Koufu and newly opening Bukit Batok west hawker center located just downstairs. This makes daily necessities, food, and education easily accessible. Take 992 4 stops (8mins) to Bukit Batok interchange. Can reach Jurong East MRT in 12 mins. Take 991 3 stops to Bukit Gombak MRT. Take 993 reach Jurong East bus interchange in 20 mins. -
