But the PSF is too high @ $1,250 for a D5 property. Not worth it.
A reasonable range would be $1,050.
Better off to buy a condo near future TSL MRT & wait for capital appreciation. 8-)

With so many condo / design choices coming up after 2015, Le Hill may not be very liquid then.
This place is wonderfully quaint and serene. BBQ pit and swimming pool face the greenery of Kent Ridge Park. Lifts from basement carpark lead straight to all units. Highly recommended for people who want a peaceful and stree-free lifestyle. Yet, it is close to many amenities with good transport links.
