Very accessible facilities, little hassle of booking here and there. Very effective and efficient management balancing safety measures with comfort and freedom. Managed to host large birthday party housing many guests using function room and facilities can be used for everyone to play and enjoy the time together! Comfortable and spacious inside home, have my own room to study, very conducive environment! -

Noise disruption impacts life quality
Having lived here for 2 years, I wld say its a gd and well managed condo. However, we eventually moved out late last year as construction work nearby caused a lot of noise (especially at night when the area is quieter). With a new condo being built opposite and the PUB works, one cant get away from the noise and rest properly. Most agents will never tell prospects this fact but many new tenants end up leaving after 1 year into their tenancy. Its a gd condo and its a huge shame they cant do anything abt the noise. This situation likely to persist until Dec 2018 - best to avoid this development till then as you wont get much sleep at night! -

SThree blocks fronting the orchard road area with nice facilities. Units come with private lift lobbies and are very generous in sizes -

A very good place to live
Overlooking other condo in nearby area, the view on the high floor level we stay in is fabulous. To the north, there is a school area apart from a row of stand-alone semidetached houses. This ensure that there wont be another upcoming condo getting built with the construction noise. Though on the other side Mercury is on the rise, however the view on high floor is estimated to overlook it (Mercury will have 18 floors, and each of the levels are of lower ceiling so if your unit is higher than 16 you shld be fine). The full condo facility speak for itself. Nearby a walking distance there is a row of eatery on RValley area (the famous chicken rice place, BoonTongKee), as well as a 7-11. This ensures amenities. A 5-7min walk away you are already at Great World City. Transportation with a car is a 5-7min drive away to Orchard road. However, this is the only drawback since there is no MRT station nearby. On the other hand, this is compensated by the privacy, being undisturbed by traffic on RValley. The finishings are very nice, it gives you a feel of luxury: All room are very big compared to other newly launched projects. Finishing in the kitchen (Bosch dishwasher/fridge) are excellent. Most intriguing is actually the space in general: the site has a whopping 125k sqft be shared by 127 units only which avoids facilities being overly crowded. Another drawback i can think of is the high maintenance charge. For a 2 bedroom, it is SG630/mth already. Overall i recommend this luxury place for expat/family living. It is not suitable for students as rental starts from min SGD6k. -

Brand new! Great location! Quiet! Great facilities. Private lift with big balcony! Sits on top of a hill, away from the main road. Unlike the apartments on Kim Seng Road. -

All the units have been designed to face Orchard Road guranteeing the most awesome of the world famous shopping belt. A series of well placed pools and water features welcome the owner home everyday. Latitude is luxurious living redefined and certainly deserves to be an iconic part of the skyline along River Valley Road. All units are served by private lifts which open to a spacious living area fronted by a equally generous balcony. The 3 uniquely large penthouses are the highlight of this project. Equiped with a private pool, you can also stroll along the open terrace taking in the awesome city view all around you. This is truly a magificent sight to behold for the priviledged few. -
