  Lakeside Tower

  this 99 leasehold apartment have good sized apartment of around 1,000sf for 2 bed room and 1900sf for 3 bed room units. some units can have unblocked views of the Chinese Garden and Jurong Lake. If you don't mind matured estate and appreciate good size, take a look at it

  Yes, Lakeside Tower is old. The advantage is that many of the apartments are more spacious with decent sized bedrooms and living spaces compared to newer developments. The disadvantage is that the facilities are basic and some are under-utilised. It offers affordable space, open green areas, convenience to shops / schools / transport and a relaxed environment. Taman Jurong Market is just across the street. Nice environment

  Lakeside Tower Good or Bad?

  Lakeside Tow is an old condo without luxury facilities. There has only a playground and barbique area. The units have wide floor area and 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom attached with bathroom.
