  Excellent condo

  Lake life is a great condo. Management is good and efficient. Neighbours are friendly, quiet and very considerate people. Cleaniness and hygiene standard is great in compound and public area. Very close to Jurong lake garden and a few mins bus ride Or driving distance to Jurong east. Many schools, wet markets and hawkers nearby.

  Quiet place near Jurong Lake Garden

  Quiet residence overlooking Jurong Lake Garden. Not the most accessible, but theres buses to Jurong Point and Lakeside MRT. Personal fave is living near to Taman Jurong Food Centre, that has many good food at affordable prices

  Great place to stay

  over priced

  generally over priced estate, considering it is an EC. for the price can get something with much better accessibility currently very inaccessible. properties nearer to lakeside mrt same price or even lower althought older but quality wise on par. near mrt is never wrong for stay or rent out. carpark is badly design and not shelter to some blocks. and not all units can see the lake. not for investment for sure but a quiet place

  Some high floor units truly enjoy panoramic v

  Some high floor units truly enjoy panoramic views of the lake, a tribute not commonly found in most ECs.
