  Good location That's all.

  Laminated Flooring starts to pop up with no alternatives but to replace to the fact that the material already EOL. Management only lips services and but never remedy the defect. CM has no patience and rude to residents. Only good point is near to MRT and food eatery. The walls also starts to peel after moisture goes in during heavy rain. Laminated floor pops up . Condo manager rude to residents with no patience at all. Only lips service but never action.

  Nice place

  I am so happy that this condo just change the management agent on Nov 2024. The new one is much better than the old one，fixing quickly.

  Nice pool, shoddy materials and poor manageme

  The units have been built with materials that break, warp and stain easily. Not so great when you are a tenant. Management company is poor. No outside cleaning of windows. General upkeep of common areas is ok. Location is good for CIS and transport. Jurong Central is a gem.

  Beware when moving

  Doesn't allow movers to take lift to level 1. Instead have to climb upslope from B2 to level 1 with such heavy boxes. Condo manager is rude to tenants.

  Good location, managememt needs to improve. S

  Management policies have many red tapes (some unheard of in any other proj), hence resulting in delay after delay. Good for buy and immediate stay but if u need customisation find elsewhere
