  Lagoon View tis a quiet sanctuary

  Located in a quiet part of Marine Parade, this condo offers a calm and tranquil experience when you are staying here. there are also views of the sea and ECP if you live on the higher floors, as well as the East Coast Lagoon Food Village with the Singapore Wake Park that looks like a lagoon there. perhaps the name refers to that Lagoon? very close to ECP and good for outdoor

  your own bird paradise

  Lagoon View truly lives up to its name as there are beautiful birds you can see in the trees from your window. my birdwatcher friends say they have seen flamed back woodpeckers and red breasted parakeets !!! what a wonderful world moment

  Breezy units with sea views

  The units are naturally ventilated by sea breeze and there's also great views of the sea if you are living in a high-floor unit. Neighbours are also nice and considerate, so it's a relatively peaceful place to live in.

  Children's playground out of bounds for years

  Our children did not have the chance to play at the playground the whole time we were living there because the management just did not repair the broken playground. Mind you, it was out of bounds for a few years.
