Good location but low yield

Although goggle said 280m but actual distance is far to mrt. Maintenance is very high with little facility. Townhouse pays almost equal share but didn't benefit the lift. Low rental yield.

Failed Enbloc asking too high. High maintaine

Place is very run down and residents still expect high price.
