Geylang Lorong 26 - En-Bloc Potential
Perhaps not many realize that La Fleur is located just beside and between older properties that have en-bloc potential in the near future... on the right of La Fleur along lorong 26, there is Guilin Court and a old house estate and on the left, Le Arc, an apartment at 4 lorong 26 and Geylang Mansions etc In fact, the only new developments at lorong 26 are 1)La Fleur, 2) Rezi 26 3) Imperial 28 and 4) Casa Aerta - this leaves the whole lorong 26 plenty of room and opportunities for redevelopment of newer estates ...

Good Managing Agent For La Fleur
I am a owner of a unit here and I can say the current managing agent have been very active and responsible for building enhancement and maintenance initiatives. I understand they are also taking care of other MCST in this district.

Quiet and Cosy Condo Near CBD
Peaceful and quiet environment - all the units are one-bedder apartments and most of its residents are single expats or couples. 5-10 mins walk to Aljunied/Dakota MRT Stations which is several stops away from CBD. Suitable for couples and single expats.
