  Wonderful Location | Futuristic External Faca

  The condo tries to find space on a small land area, and the external facade is appealing. However, once inside, the limitations are obvious; bedroom, living space and kitchen are all in a squarish space, with a unnecessarily large balcony. It is great for singles because there are inexpensive food options, supermarkets within literal crawling distance. Orchard is right behind you, which presents great shopping and dining options.

  Fairly new 30 freehold units which is a short walk to Orchard Road and right at the popular Killiney Road

  Great amenities, greater location

  This project is near everything that you need. There is a 24 hrs supermarket, great stretch of eateries, have an open to public staff canteen for cheap chow, right beside Orchard shopping belt and near to MRT. It is also near to River Valley Primary and St Margaret's primary school. Pool is small though.

  Ideal for Singles or Family.NTUC opens 24hrs, with Watsons across the street. Lots of eateries and is walking distance to MAJOR shopping belts in Orchard, namely the "Centrepoint,"313 Somerset,Orchard Central, Orchard Point etc. 5-7 mins walks to cinemas easily accessible CTE.
