read before renting
beware before renting a certain unit. I lived there for 2 years and after finishing my contract the landlord & agent retained my entire deposit with bogus claims. -

One of those few apartments that has ground floor units uniquely looking straight out to street level. Quite unusual by Singapore culture for private housing -

Central yet quiet setting
Looking at condos in Central locations. At least $2200 psf .So many cramped mickey mouse units in town. Apartment is comfortable. Maintenance fees are reasonable too.Kentish seems like good value for money. -

Old apartment
Saw a 3 BR unit last year and few weeks back. Very old units. Need major renovation in kitchen and flooring. Can see leakages in the bathrooms. Also BTW, I am seeing 3 units on sale since last year. Just increasing the price of the units by 20K every month. It is waste of time. Looks like the price for these units are not the actual real price. Lots of good units around will be TOP soon in this area. Just have only one small swimming pool and not having full condo facilities. -

Not for tenants
New tenants - Take note access card for the back gate will not be issued to tenants. Tenants should take a round-about way to reach the bus stop and wet market. Kids are not allowed to play happily. Lots more. Read all the reviews carefully. Not a happy environment for tenants. So ultimately not a good investment. -

Great location,price and rental investment
Such a great location at good price. In the middle of a fast developing area,with Connexion hospital and hotel being built. Once Connexion is ready, prices expect to take off. Hence, a great rental investment. Easy to reach everywhere by bus,or MRT. Easily let because of MRT,buses,facilites. Near market,supermarket and food centre. Interior of apartment surprisingly of such a high standard - it being Far East project. From high quality fittings like doors,taps,sinks,hairdryer to safe.Much like a service apartment. -

Excellent value for money - gem in the Centre
Luxurious interior fittings,tiles and enviable high ceiling. Spacious and well-designed. Excellent value for money and underpriced (around 900 psf)-lower than new condos found in Ang Mo Kio and Pasir Ris. Only 4 mins to MRT and 2 stops to Orchard Road, hence it is a CENTRAL location, and property is about LOCATION,LOCATION, LOCATION. 1 min or two away from shops,food court,market,clinics,ATM, with two outlets 24 hrs. also close to Mustaffa Centre. 2/3 of occupiers are owners. Location and facilities hard to beat. -

Kentish Green - Convenient Location
High roof and well designed building. Nice looking pool, barbecue and garden. Very conveniently located for travel. In central district and value for money. Close to city square shopping centre, MRT and upcoming hospital at Farrer park. -

Not a wise investment with this poor MC
Bickering Property officer. It is not strict management rule due to fast increasing rental demand but an un-realistic rule impossed all of a sudden by MC. Notice issued by the MC - "Back gate access card are only issued to owner's resident and not to owner's of tenanted units". This is to discriminate the tenants and clearly proves that it is not a wise investment in this Condo. As there is no such illogical rule in any condo that anyone aware off. Children are not allowed to play in the playground happily. Not suitable for family with kids. Inhuman MC. Even few "OWNERS" are annoyed with the recent rule amendments and the happenings in the Condo. -
