Serene, peaceful and quiet living haven. Close to the greenery of nature yet accessible to the conveniences of Vivocity & Harbourfront. Easy access to Sentosa Island and the Southern Islands. Standard condo facilities and cosy location. Very attentive and professional management office staff, to ensure a pleasant living environment and experience. -

Nature at doorstep, Quiet and peaceful
When i learnt about this project when it launched it caught my eye as it was a gem hidden within the southern part of Singapore. Low rise condos are not common nowadays where developers tries to take every inch of land and make money out of it. Highest floor is 5th floor with landed strata within the development. I walked past the development while it was construction, i am amazed that at 3pm i could still hear the forest whistling and birds chipping away. I know that i have bought a place that my heart and mind can be at peace when i come home. -

Such an enriching experience
When I saw the presentation of Kent Ridge Hill Residences, it felt like a love letter to nature. The choice of materials, the construction, landscaping and the thoughtfulness of the plans, all speak of an enriched way of life. I am waiting to move in here and plan to spend a lot of time enjoying the little joys of life. The condo units are beautifully designed and carefully planned out. -

Exquisite
Kent Ridge Hill Residences is such an exquisite development, I just had to invest here. The focus seems to be on an enhanced quality of life. There are plenty of community spaces within the property that give me a sense that when we move in here, it will feel like a nature resort. There will also be direct access to Kent Ridge Park from the property. The interior designs are fabulous and the developer is using high quality fittings inside the condo units. -

Loved the showflat
All I have seen so far of Kent Ridge Hill Residences is a beautiful video of the project and its showflat. Even if it doesn’t turn out to be 100% accurate, it’s still going to be one hell of a stunning property to live at! I can’t wait for the calendar to turn 2024. The reason I am so excited about our condo here is that the developer has incorporated both nature as well as beautiful living spaces. It reminds me of my botanist father’s way of life. Such spaces are rare and worth cherishing. -

Kent Ridge Hill Residences Review
This project is really within the circle of 3 MRT stations but not really near to anyone of them. Two of the main attractions of this condo are its proximity to the education hub, Technology parks. -
