  Old is gold

  It's an older condo from the late 80s, so it comes with the pros and cons: it doesn't look as posh as new buildings, but the units are huge and the common areas are expansive with even an olympic sized pool!

  Beautiful Condo

  A beautiful condo with spacious landscape. With sizes of condos getting smaller. A place like here is a rare gem

  Nice Old Place

  Saw several units while I was house-hunting. Lovely layout for most unit. Not too sure about the walk-up as it may be tough for oldies to walk several floors. For the duplex block, love the view and living space. Unfortunately, the ceiling for the bedrooms are low and rooms are dark even in the day, except master bedroom. Additionally, the lobby is not exclusive as units are rented out for commercial use. Amenities are all over and that is a plus. Project is old and you can tell it at first sight. Need to enhance maintenance to bring back its value.

  Kensington Park

  You got to view the development to see it for yourself! It is like a village by its own! Very pleasant feel when there, big huge compound, Olympic-size swimming pool, full size basket-ball court, squash courts, gym, etc.
