  Great location and Convenience, Family Orient

  Great place for easy access to central and town and shopping mall GWC and Valley Point . Quite and peaceful surrounding, with new MRT beside. Good for people with kids as its quiet and exclusive. Within 1 km to good primary school

  hidden gem for city living

  centrally located near to orchard road,this project has much to offer in terms of value for those looking to rent a unit.

  Live 3 bus-stops from Orchard MRT!

  This little apartment is conveniently located just 3 bus-stops from Orchard MRT. The bus-stop is just 50 seconds from the development, which is behind a row of shophouses. There's a 24-hours convenience store available, 7 Eleven, at the shophouse. There's also a few 24-hours eateries that are located there. If you seek cheap, good & nice food, go over to the hawker centre that is walking distance away, Zion Road Food Centre. When you need to do your groceries shopping, there's a Cold Storage also located walking distance away @ Great World City Shopping Centre. All in all, this is as good as it gets, if you value City Living with enhanced privacy @ a great price.

  Low profile development very centrally and conveniently located near Great World City, Orchard Road and eateries.

  Overshadowed by others

  Aside from being dwarfed by the surrounding major developments, Kellock Lodge looks somewhat dated or even 'ancient' to some extent. As newer and sleek looking developments in the area are being completed, it might just get harder for the units here to find new owners and tenants. Like many others island-wide, it was pushed for En Bloc but alas. . .
