  Terrible place to live - complained to manage

  Avoid renting or living here! We stayed on the 4th floor and had terrible neighbours, woke us up every weekday at 6am, made noise till odd hours until 1am, screaming in the corridors. Had to leave

  Cosy apartment at great location

  nice cosy apartments nestled among other newer and premium developments in shelford. no more construction around so very peaceful and laid- back. walking dist to amenities and Botanic MRT. an unpolished gem.

  surrounded by newer projects

  small project surrounded by new projects noise pollution to continue psf = psf new project difficult to buy
