  JLB RESIDENCES

  You will not find a Condo nearer to the beach except for Sentosa Cove. 100m walk to the beach, quiet abd tranquil. The park is beautiful and fronting the shoreline for approx 3km. Much better than any of the Condos along East Coast or anywhere else in Singapore. Within 1 bus-stop away from Downtown East.

  Resort Living in Singapore

  JLB is a very nice boutique condo located near to Downtown East and a stroll to the Pasir Ris Park. Imagine having a place to live in Singapore with resort lifestyle. Not to be missed!
