  Went for a visit and found the place to be very quiet, not much stuff around.

  One of the myriads of cluster housing in district 19. quality of facilities are fairly respectable despite the fact that there are only 10 units.

  My children love the swimming pool which is directly accessible from the house and the big playground located at the entrance of the development. Rosyth School is within 1 km and NEX megamall, MRT is a few bus stop away.

  The interior design for a Cluster type housing is great. Relatively more spacious than other Cluster Housing. Great neighbours in the development. However, there are some defects in the development that are under rectification by the developer.
