A private street off Jervois Road, with no construction. Boutique condo (less than 35 units) popular with young expat families. All units with pool views, quiet and friendly living community. Close to River Valley, NTUC Fairprice and local eateries, excellent bus links. And easy stroll up to Dempsey Hill (about 25 mins), or back home again after dinner. Lush and green, and 1.5km to Orchard Shopping district.
