redevelopment of Jervois Green done well
this new freehold condo is a redevelopment of Jervois Green. no surprises they call it Jervois Prive. there are only 45 units and it is just 5 storeys high. well designed interiors with quality fittings, landscaping not quite as lush as I hoped -

Sufficient amenities
has swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, dining pavilion on roof terrace and basement carpark. caters to basic needs of the residents without going over the top. no need so many fantastic features, just focus on a few and do them well. that's the good thing about Jervois Prive. -

Tranquil and private enclave
Jervois area is famous for being near town yet also tucked away in a hidden secret corner. nice to have Jervois Prive here in this premium neighbourhood, which offers privacy and a soothing environment for residents with efforts to green the area with landscape works. love the flexibility of wide variety of floor plan choices because not everyone wants to live the same way. -
