  overhyped and priced by greedy owners

  zero facilities, old and overpriced. basically paying conservancy fees for a fenced up old HDB. the price is 3 times more expensive than the HDB opposite.

  Ivory Heights

  A matured condominium with exciting prospects. Ivory Heights is built on a vast piece of land and is smack right in the centre of the Jurong Lake District and within walking distance to the Jurong East Centre and MRT station. The units are generally very spacious and many offers unblocked view of the Jurong lake. Easy access to PTE and AYE for those who drives. Car parks are uncovered though.

  Owners say good, but....

  This property is a condo, but no facilities; private but has lesser to offer than the HDB estate. Plenty of open space but only grass, no activity & no life.

  SGP-KL Express terminal likely in Jurong East

  More Likely SGP-KL Express terminal likely in Jurong East, and, most likely the terminal will be in the site of Ivory Heights, which will be bought over by government. buy an unit , it's a good bet!

  The ruby in the west not been recognized

  Ivory Heights is a ruby in the west not been fully recognized. 1)It is sandwiched between Jurong Lake and Jurong Gateway , the 2nd largest CBD in Singapore in next 10 years 2)There will be a Jurong Village right cross the road within next 8 years 3)The JCube is 5 minutes walking distance away 4)Jurong East MRT station is 10 minutes walking distance away, and there will be shopping mall from it’s gate to the MRT station. 5)The plot ratio is 1.6 only, high potential for en-bloc sale, and many more reasons.
