  Not a complete development, bad management

  Extremely poor development. Aging furnishings and exterior/favilities despite having just TOP. Extremely noisy, developer cheaped out on materials. Be prepared to hear everything going on inside your unit, even neighbours next door and above you. Developer refused to allow the second elevator to go to ground "basement" floor despite many owners asking for this. Be prepared for long waits for elevator especially during mornings. We couldn't wait to leave here.

  Find the right unit with good neighbours

  Need to say that MCST and security are very attentive and trying their best, but due to limited legal rights, their actions end at recommendations only.

  Located at the intersection of Holland Road and Queensway, Some units on Hyll on Holland enjoy serenity from the greeneries from Holland Hill while those front facing units may be exposed.
