Quiet sanctuary near Mrt and The Rail Mall
Hume Mrt station is opening soon and it’s just a few stops to town. Full condo facilities and huge layout of floor area. Just opposite of The Rail Mall with atas choices of food and shops. Short stroll to Bukit Timah Nature Reserve for tranquility and appreciation of nature. Best of all it’s 999 years leasehold as good as freehold. -

hume park 2 review
salient points: * rare freehold property which is decreasing in number as new developments are all 99 years. * convenient in terms of public transport. plenty of buses along upper bukit timah road which is just a throw of stone away. nearest HILLVIEW mrt is a 2 bus stops away. there are many buses going there and waiting time is negligible. * the shell HUME mrt station will be open when the area is fully developed. * located in front of the nature reserve with fresh air, plasant bird chirping in the morning while most of the day tranquility prevail. * full condo facility with 2 tennis ball courts/2 gems/big and a uncrowded swimming pool with a lot of privacy. * potential en block sale as it is only 10 storeys height on big land. -
