Rundown and Greedy & Poor Management
Lived here for 18 months and wouldn't recommend - decent location, but the place is very poorly maintained and management is trying to squeeze every dime out of tenants. Could not recommend -

Not Recommended
Low rise condo with a small pool and a mini gym. Maintenance is extremely bad and need to remind and send email several times to fix things. Reluctant to change the spoiled hydraulic systems in the kitchen cabinet. Trying to use imitation systems but finally still have the use original after 3 times fixing. After 2 months, still waiting for the lamp shades to be replace. I understand that the previous management is very different from the current. The latter is only looking at how to profit from the tenant. I have to pay one year of air-cond maintenance out front and can’t use other contractors. Not comfortable and pressure to stay here with the rising rental with such things is happening here . -

Would not recommend!!
Been living in this property for more than 6 years now. The former management was wonderful to deal with but since Melvin left things have been going downhill. New management seem very profit driven such as introducing ‘admin fee’ for contract renewal, car park charges etc. Lifts not working properly and breaks down often, water feature at pool broke down for weeks and yet to be fixed. There used to be 2-3 staff working in the day shift but have since cut down to 1 person. We have really wonderful staff here like Aung & Zaw taking care of this property always ready to help.the management is allegedly planning to tear down this property soon. For many years we really enjoy living here it’s really sad that the new management constantly think of ways to milk the tenants. -

Holland 100 is a 24 unit condo located near the junction of Holland Road and Farrer Road. One can walk to Holland Village or Farrer Road MRT stations. Holland 100 is a low rise 4 level developments with all 24 units spread across all 4 levels including ground floor. Units are extremely spacious with sizes from 1,679 to 3,681 Sqft for 2 plus study, 3 bedroom layouts. Units can be partially or fully furnished. Holland 100 is a relatively new development wholly owned by Crescendas, Crescendas is a business group with interest in hotels, properties, logistics, innovative and technological products and other environmental friendly products. It also manages the Arena Resort and Aqueen Hotel and resort brands as well as a list of commercial and industrial spaces. -
