Hillhaven layout looks good
visited the Hillhaven showflat during previews and of all the configurations, the 3BR is the best layout as it maximises space efficiently. you can easily convert the attached study room in some of the 3BR units into an extra room or home office. can't wait to see actual place after 2027 TOP. -

Hillhaven will be located in Hillview, a quiet and tranquility location with many lush greenerys and in nature. although it is in a private residential enclave, you can easily walk 5min to Hillview MRT and also 3min to HillV2 mall. so it is tucked away yet convenience. ideal for those who love the Rail Corridor, Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, Bukit Batok Town Park, Dairy Farm Nature Park, Hindhede Nature Park and so on. -

Reputable developers of Hillhaven
Always good to see big names do projects together, which gives me confidence when buying. Case in point is Hillhaven condo, a joint venture between the Far East Organisation and Sekisui House. Slated to be completed in 2027, this development promises so many fine lifestyle-focused facilities on site, like the many mini gardens, rock climbing, and calming spaces like pools and reading corner. There will also be a pickleball court (!!!), outdoor gym and more. Can't wait. -
