  hilltop elegance

  located on Institution Hill, the trade off for walking upslope. to Hill House is that you have a good view of the area, which is mostly low rise other than the neighbouring condo. the developers added stilts to the condo as well, for better airflow and lowest level units get propped up for better view and privacy.

  prime facilities

  for a boutique dev with small gfa, Hill House has a good spread of facilities like gym, bbq, lap pool, playground along the annexe on 3 diff levels: ground floor, 2nd floor and rooftop.

  Experience peace and serenity in city centre

  Tucked in the city centre, the condo still manages to give off the wellness vibe with lots of greenery within, and with Fort Canning Park just minutes away.

  Expensive place

  Must be nice living near town, but im sure it would be expensive too. Unless you are always going in town, or buying it for investment, there are better properties out there.
