it is close to key amenities like Mt Elizabeth hospital. completed in 1973 with 57 units. this is Mt Elizabeth's only property project. -

enbloc potential for High Point
the location is great, you are literally in town and the units are spacious and well-maintained. it is just a little old, but no issue because freehold. -

spacious and big units
High Point features spacious and big units, with open views, and very large living and dining areas, with generous balcony. residents also have access to a bbq, playground and swimming pool areas (recently renovated). there are also covered car parks. the units are a spacious 2,885 square feet to 2,928 square feet. indeed very comfortable to make you feel at a "high point"! -

Decent facilities
Despite the age of the condo, the facilities are clean and functioning. Sure, nothing fancy about the facilities but at least the management is doing a good job in maintaining them for the residents -

Pros and cons stated
The pros: very convenient location, near to shopping malls in town, hospital, great accessibility to and from other areas in sg The cons: traffic congestion esp during peak hours, take longer time to reach home or go out with private transport, noisy at night, old condo with limited amenities, higher cost of living than usual. -

Centralised location
Lived here when I was younger and it was very memorable in all the good ways. You are just walking distance to the malls, you can easily run errands because everything is available around you. Meeting up with friends was easy too because of the centralised location. -
