Building council has so far refused to allow the set up of fibre internet along the conserved buildings along the road. Do not rent or purchase if you require internet like a regular person.
It's at a strategic sport in the Marine Parade, Telok Kurau, East Coast area, as it is near to the beach, amenities and good food and yet not congested like the areas in Katong. Close to schools!
Went to take a look for its conservation feel. however it was a disappointment as the unit was very small and dark. moreover i understand the parking limitation of the estate as it has only about half of the lots available for the residents. in addition the mechanised parking often breaks down and was not repaired since Sept 2015. This shows the lack of effort by management and agent to upkeep the estate.
Conserved building looks nice from the front.Very tight too much space lost on the patio, where some are hanging clothes.
Far Far away from MRT, but great number of buses & shops.
Nothing, big but classy & adequate. 112 Katong, Parkway Parade.
I like Heritage East for :
- it's excellent location in the East Coast, walk or take a bus to shopping malls / good food / supermarkets at Parkway Parade and 112 Mall.
- easy commute to business districts about 20 mIn
- bus stop is less than 3 minutes walk
- peace and quiet yet very safe, next to the main road
- can relax in the ground floor platio, even eat and drink
