  Only Looks Good From Outside, Caveat Emptor

  Good location if you frequently go shopping at luxury stores as it is within walking distance to paragon. However, as with city living the noise and jams at cairnhill & scotts during the peak morning and evening timings are really bad, so if you commute to work by car you need to factor that into your journey time (can be 15mins more even if you are trying to drive somewhere closeby!). Moreover the apartments are largely occupied by tenants rather than owners, so the facilities and condition of the place reflects that. During weekends or PH it can get a little rowdy as the tenants invite all their friends over to use the facilities.   Prominently located at CAIRNHILL circle with tall wall plants on ropes. Asking prices are still around $3k psf and is challenging in the market of 2015. Quality fittings by Wing Tai. The layout stands apart from other development with its clean designs
