Very close to ECP and highway
Most convenient home that I stayed at in the past. It was close to the highway if you need to get to places fast, and it was pretty close to ECP -

Old interior
Becos it's an older condo, the interior of the units arent really cutting it. So many things need fixing and would cost alot of money if you want to make it look good or look new again -

Thick walls, considerate neighbours
I could compliment about it was the apartment has thick walls. I was never disturbed by my neighbours or the noise that they were making. Or maybe, they were just considerate and I was really lucky. Either ways, I had a peaceful time there -
