just our smol community
Haig Apartments is a very boutique development with just 12 of us households living here. upside is that the units are very large especially in this prime D15 location close to all the yum yum. it's also freehold too. downside is that it's 1991 so kinda old (1 yr older than me actually) but i think it still looks good for its age (as do i). yeah all good, just our little smol community staying here. -

near shopping!
nice and convenient, Haig Apartments close to all the shopping (from old sch to new sch) like Katong Shopping Centre to Parkway Parade and Roxy Square, I12 Katong etc. plenty of things around. very convenient. our kids attend the nearby Tj Katong Pri and there are some international schs around too for the expats keen to rent or buy a unit here. yeah couple of expat families here. everyonr knows each other, it's inevitable in our cosy devlopment. -

prob overused but true: hidden gem
this is one of those hidden gems.. Haig Apartments is truly a hidden gem. floor layouts are so large, we have so much ample space. and location is great too. amenities are basic but how can you beat the food in the east side, plus we have beach too! i think the rents are ok as it is a freehold, we used to rent out ours but now we are staying here as my child is going to TKGS. -
