Great Location & Best Geylang Shoebox
Great location, the new condos around here cant beat it in terms of facilities. Proper pool, nice gym and 3 levels of carpark lots. The largest area covering 2 roads. Walking distance to old airport road market n hawker centre. Also to Dakota & Paya Lebar MRT. 10 mins drive along Nicole Highway to Suntec. Good rental and value for money freehold condo within city fringe. -

Great Place to rent
Stayed here for 2 years and its one of the best condo in geylang. i love the pool and environment is really good. The location is extremely convenient with supermarket and buses available. -

Best Shoebox in Geylang
Best shoebox units in Geylang. Extends beyond 2 roads (lorong 28 and 30) and with full condo facilities. Lots of European expats living here. Convenient walking distance to 2 MRT lines - Circle and East West Line. The 2 pools are long and unlike most in Geylang which are tiny and more suitable for dipping. Comes with security guards and ample parking space! Best of all the 3 levels of parking space are not through car lift but proper ramp. Cosy environment. -

Comfortable & Relaxing
It is a relaxing place to stay. Rather quite at night and good security operation. Good for expatriate to stay too, especially having a private place for party as it come with Jacuzzi and barbecue areas for Penthouse units. -

Don't rent here
Got a 1 year lease starting in sept and it was a terrible decision. Yes the property is nice but the noise is so bad you can't stay in the condo during the day and you can't sleep at night. We have complained to Management with no results. Until/if things change, don't make the same mistake I did... -

Nice location and ample facilities
Just viewed a unit there today. Great Place for bachelors and expats. Walking to old airport hawker and driving is a breeze to city. Sheltered parking is free for each unit. (1 lot per unit) Away from main red light district. Only downside its beside a small temple, otherwise everything is cool. Love the pool, function room and gym. Located centrally in the project and good size too. -

Owners and LL lose money?
With the oversupply of MM is Geylang, owners and landlords are likely to lose money as they have to compete with huge supply and lower price from earlier launched(therefore rental returns and sales price). -
