  very basic development

  I viewed a unit here recently. The development is very small and does not have any facilities (apart from the tiny pool). There are only 12 units in this development which makes is rather quiet i think.

  Good Location, Very Small Project

  It has one of the best locations for Telok Kurau projects facing the road that leads to Changi Road to avoid the TK traffic during rush hour. Development is really small with less than 20 units, hardly any facilities with a dipping pool. Maintenance is so so only. Layout of unit we saw has wasted space leading from main door to living room. But units are bright and open.

  An Excellent Example of A Shoddy Build

  The previous review was undeniably written by a property agent who, unfortunately, is currently still trying hard to sell off his properties on hand. The units at this development cannot be further from the truth of the title of his "review". The overall development, as well as the units, are poorly designed with inferior appliances, and the building is badly maintained. The ratings of "4" for factors like interior units, common areas and property management is blatant untruth. This fairly new development is a far cry from "affordable" especially when they try to price themselves at today's market prices, and definitely not worth the cost especially if one considers how extremely cheap it was launched at and the resulting lack of quality and decent management that tags along. "Excellent investment"? Well - it's something that only agents and sellers are capable of saying. Buyers - use your good sense.

  Excellent Investment!

  It is currently one of the areas where a freehold unit can be bought at a relatively reasonable price. It is situated in an area of private housing, its quiet and peaceful, near but not that near to mrt stations. Great for people who love being near city but also appreciate the quietness and peacefulness of this sanctuary!
