  Good place for families

  Great for families with children studying in SCGS / ACS / schools nearby. Old but well-built and well-maintained with renovations and painting already done previously. Good quiet environment in a prime district, surrounded by landed properties.

  Goldhill Towers

  Good if you have kids studying nearby. Place is old and run down. Some units pipes are rusty. Dustbin is outside house, very inconvenient. Security is weak. For the asking rental price, should be able to get better development with pools.
