Owner Review: Great location and responsible
Surprised by the vitriol of some reviews here. Obviously they've not lived here, or worse, has a weird bone to pick. I've stayed here since 2018 in Blk C. This place is really well maintained, even compared to some younger developments (it's one reason we moved in despite the age). Having lived in a few condos before this, kudos goes to the current management and committee team for this. Other than that, the location is fantastic. Sheltered walkway to the MRT, plus a community centre just opposite. Supermarket, bank, restaurants, salons, dental clinic, even tuition centres is literally across the road at HillV2, which is great for us with young kids. Only downside is the aged appearance of the units themselves. Very late 90s to 2000s. Had to do some renovations to make it look modern.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Freehold and yet only 3 minutes walk to Hillv

Value based FH Condo
Glendale Park is FH and located next to Hillview Stn , DTL . Shuttle is avail to Bukit Batok MRT stn and West Mall as well. So location of 448 units condo is great . Resort styled and well managed, Good mix of local residents and tenants enjoys the amenities and facilities together as a community .Was this review helpful? Report review -

Hidden Gem @ Upp Bukit Timah
Glendale Park is just 2min walk fm Hillview MRT Stn.Opp HillV2 (Market Place Supermarket/Restaurants/Salon/Petlover & many more).Hillview CC 2min walk as well..what more can we ask for! Believe Glendale Park price will up to at least $1700/psf because of its amenities & transportation system..definitely a gd buy!Was this review helpful? Report review -

BUYER BEWARE!
Many towers at Glendale Park, Hillview Avenue, have been plagued by rain seepage through windows and termite infestation since TOP in 2000. Many units at Tower D1 and D2, in particular, have recurring problems of water seepage and termites. The 10th floor unit has wide, open balconies that, over time, seep rain water into the living/dining area and bedrooms at the lower floor. Towers D1 and D2 also have a perennial problem of flooding at the basement carpark, right into the lift lobby, after a thunderstorm. Especially on weekends, there is often water ponding all over the carpark due to the carwash. It is an ugly sight. Tower D1 also has a constant, offensive stench that fills the carpark lift lobby area. This comes from the nearby bin and drainage gully. The lifts, too, often smell of dog pee. Glendale Park has many units rented out to foreign students. As food is transported on trolleys from tower to tower, and unit to unit on different floors, food and soup spills are often seen at common areas. Noise disturbance is also a problem that neighbours have to put up with.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Wonderful estate; great ambience.
There are some comments about the top floor having a small area of high ceiling. The high ceiling are really pleasant for own stay. Other than the improved views and making the home look larger and better, it allows space for more creative people to set up their own decor as well to read and rest in an exclusive setting. The ceiling for the top floor is about 6 m. That is a great deal of volume and thus the penthouse feel. These are slightly more expensive than the average unit, but I dare say they are totally worth it. Just my 2 cents. Transport and amenities is given a five star due to the upcoming MRT and mall in the next 2 years. :)Was this review helpful? Report review -

Top floor #10 review
Recently viewed a 1668 sq ft unit with high ceiling and found out that ceiling takes up approx 200sq ft of space and plus balcony space another approx 200sq ft. Thus usable space only left 1200++ sq ft. Not a good deal or design for family. Recommend 9 floor and below.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Downtown line at door step
Not many people pay attention to these 21 condos along this EXCLUSIVE BELT of Hillview Ave, with 3 more condos coming up in 2015/2016 (Hillier, Lanai,and Natura@Hillview). All these, especially the FH properties are likely to exceed $1700psf with the completion of Downtown line 2 and building of international school in this transformation. Please note 10 floor unit potential buyers
Some 10 floor units come with high ceiling. Please note that it is also counted in the gross area. thus the unit physical area is not what is reflected on as advertised. some seller agents will scam you on this.Was this review helpful? Report review -
