This condo has a serious cockroach infestation issue. Beware of particular units (especially those on the ground floor) that may be extremely prone to abnormally frequent visits to the house. Sometimes even with ALL visible entry points sealed, somehow these pesky insects may still get in from other points that may be hidden. Whether buying or renting, this problem may not be immediately pronounced during your viewing so do believe the property agents or owners/landlords at your own risk (even if they claim that sealing the indoor rubbish chute is enough). Again, disclaimer, this does not apply to ALL units in the development, but at least one that we have personally experienced.

There are wild jungle fowl running around here, and even occasional sighting of wild boars, monitor lizards and the civet cat! A wonderful place if you love nature and its accompany animals. However, if you are one that prefer the clean sanitised city living, this isn't for you.
