  Cockroach infestation issue

  This condo has a serious cockroach infestation issue. Beware of particular units (especially those on the ground floor) that may be extremely prone to abnormally frequent visits to the house. Sometimes even with ALL visible entry points sealed, somehow these pesky insects may still get in from other points that may be hidden. Whether buying or renting, this problem may not be immediately pronounced during your viewing so do believe the property agents or owners/landlords at your own risk (even if they claim that sealing the indoor rubbish chute is enough). Again, disclaimer, this does not apply to ALL units in the development, but at least one that we have personally experienced.

  Right in the heart of nature!

  Gardenvista is right next to the green corridor and is a haven for all nature lovers! From early morning, you will be greeted with wondrous sounds of birds call - from the koo-ooing Koel, crowing of the wild jungle fowl and other wonderful birds! There are so many types of birds, bees, butterflies, dragonflies around garden vista. Of course, you will get the usual ants, hornets, caterpillars, bugs, lizards, shrews that keeps the garden alive. There are wild jungle fowl running around here, and even occasional sighting of wild boars, monitor lizards and the civet cat! A wonderful place if you love nature and its accompany animals. However, if you are one that prefer the clean sanitised city living, this isn't for you.

  Leasehold

  99 yr leasehold property flanked by freehold properties such as Jardin, which makes the units here comparatively cheaper for the original buyers. Good set of complete facilities, with some units having private lift access, although maintenance could be improved. Best if one drives as it's not immediately at the doorstep of a bus stop or MRT.
