  Progressive Improvement with new attentive an

  Improved remote monitoring with latest mobile interface for condo access for residents. Facilities are constantly renewed by attentive management. Expect improved valuation after Bidadari estate is up with more amenities across the road.

  Gambir Ridge experience

  Very noisy, especially in units facing bartley road. Nightmare during rush hour. Security is ineffective - people show up at your door without being asked for ID or questions. Many issues with fixtures and management is slow to act.Management office is always empty, nobody answers calls. Construction crew hangs out in common areas without doing work, even at top floor (pool area) at night. Pool is small, feels crowded even with 3 people in it at a time. Same with the gym.I cannot recommend this building. There are other options in Bartley.
