  Trendy & Exclusive Location

  This is not your usual cookie cutter condo. The exterior is one of a kind and the interior is spacious without any odd corners. The french windows lend a old world charm to the living room, looking out to mature trees and green field.

  Heritage living in today's trendy modern life

  Having Sold and Rented several units in this amazing sought after project over my time. I love coming here visiting the units and residence. The location is so easy to get to and i done drive, I take a bus from Scotts road direct to River valley and walk a couple of minutes. The location is quiet and serine and only a few steps away you will find everything you need for the whole family. The units are spacious , airy, breezy and bright. Only 2 units per floor with 2 lifts each floor, you feel special. Must to visit if you have the opportunity and looking for something unique and different.
