Good condo
Place is nice some amazing view on the sea if you have 9n of these units. The facilities are nice but age pretty bad -

Fulcrum City Living at its Best
This is a place for the sporty and techno savvy. From my balcony I can see Marina Bay Sands. It is walking distance to East Coast Beach and I enjoy the seaside and beach front cafes. There are 2 petrol stations and a hawker centre and wet market within walking distance for me to buy food and do groceries at all hours. McD and KFC are also within walking distance and offer free Wifi. Kallang wave and Leisure park have NTUC and Cold storage. The bus stop in front of this Condo leads to Yellow and Green MRT line. The new Katong park MRT is just at door step. Condo has golf facility which is unique. All facilities are built within floors so I can enjoy gym, swim and jacuzzi even if it rains. Security is good and management is reasonable. I enjoy myself here. Thank you. -

Horrible noise pollution
Seen two units on both sides of condo. Horrible, horrible noise from huge MRT construction site in both units. If you don't plan to use balcony but want to pay for it, like to live with windows always closed and can't hear well - this might be a choice. Otherwise, I would not recommend -

overpriced...
Fort Road is not Orchard Road. At this psf Meyer road would be a better bet no matter how beautiful this project might be.. -
