Great Location | Superb Connectivity | Wonder
Fourth Avenue has a sensible layout with numerous interaction points. Great facilities, including a spacious pool, well-stocked gym and a KTV room! Having the MRT right at your doorstep is a massive plus that no other condo in the area can claim. Now that residents are moving in, there seems to be sufficient space for everyone, with multiple gardens and sofas all around. Bukit Timah Road is a prestigious locality, and the top schools in the area are just icing on the cake! -

Prestigious Address, Close to schools & MRT
We love this newly constructed premium residential development. We like the fact that it is connected to the 6th Av MRT and there are plenty of nice eateries around, including some SG's top schools. Few reasons why we choose this place. The amenities and facilities are really premium as well. Love hanging out at the pool side and the BBQ area is amazing ! Quiet neighbourhood as well and friendly residents. We got the GF unit and we are love it. -

Took a plunge with a 1-bedder
Hope this turns out to be a good investment choice. Low supply of 1 bed units, and connected directly to MRT with decent amenities nearby especially the Cold Storage! Looking forward to the new sky park green corridor about 10 mins walk away to be completed. Getting it at 2300 psf now seem like a better buy as compared to other leasehold CCR launches like Irwell Hill, and upcoming GLS launches in AMK, Lentor and Farrer Road, likely to be above $2000 psf. -

Sooo worth it!
I bought a two-bedder at Fourth Avenue Residences at Bukit Timah a couple of weeks ago. I might have stretched my budget a little bit, but I’m sure it will be worth it, looking at the construction, amenities and facilities on offer. I think buying a unit is better than paying rent, and since I plan to get married soon, I wanted a nice apartment to start with. If the showflat is anything to go by, my partner will love this place when we move in once it's completed. -
