  Took a plunge with a 1-bedder

  Hope this turns out to be a good investment choice. Low supply of 1 bed units, and connected directly to MRT with decent amenities nearby especially the Cold Storage! Looking forward to the new sky park green corridor about 10 mins walk away to be completed. Getting it at 2300 psf now seem like a better buy as compared to other leasehold CCR launches like Irwell Hill, and upcoming GLS launches in AMK, Lentor and Farrer Road, likely to be above $2000 psf.

  Sooo worth it!

  I bought a two-bedder at Fourth Avenue Residences at Bukit Timah a couple of weeks ago. I might have stretched my budget a little bit, but I’m sure it will be worth it, looking at the construction, amenities and facilities on offer. I think buying a unit is better than paying rent, and since I plan to get married soon, I wanted a nice apartment to start with. If the showflat is anything to go by, my partner will love this place when we move in once it's completed.

  Great Condo for Own Stay or Investment

  Good potential for investment - catchment pool of tenants from One north (Buona Vista MRT), future Novena Health City (Novena MRT), CBD - all reachable under 20 mins from doorstep 6th Avenue MRT.
