  Fort Gardens in convenient location

  conveniently located just a short walk from Katong Park MRT, Fort Gardens also has a bus stop just infront of apartment that goes Paya Lebar too. and if I walk 5min I reach the ECP beach. super accessible and easy train ride to town and other parts of Singapore, even woodlands via TEL line.

  freehold apartment in prime Fort Road location. aptly named Fort Gardens was completed in 1993. in an old private estate but still well-maintained, and now with MRT it is even better. glad that developers made the wheelchair accessible entrance with lift and ramp.

  ship and plane spotting

  from balcony of Fort Gardens you can see the sea and the ships. and you can regularly hear and spot the planes flying overhead too. cool sights and sounds for my little ones

  Great City fringe living

  Bright, airy and all spaces fully utilized Close to city and also greenery parks and sport hub Near to amenities but away from crowds Future mrt 1 min walk

  Poor persons luxury in premium area

  This condo should be redeveloped. There is construction all around with mosquito infestation. Airplanes flying low in the evening, making my daughter wake up. No condo facilities except an old swimming pool. The interiors are old with pest issues.
