  private but not inconvenient

  Flora Ville is a freehold tucked away in a quiet enclave in District 28, in a "village" layout with a pool surrounding the 50 units. there are also many parks around. but even so, my family loves hw well-connect it is, with bus stop close by and the SLE, TPE, CTE all nearby (we don't drive though).

  poolside shiokness

  some are premium poolside units, and they are the most shiok because I can literally leap from my terrace unit at Floraville into the pool.

  small but adequate

  the Floravlle apartments range from 377 sqft to 1,410 sqft, which is honestly kinda squeezy for a family or even a singleton but it's enough. the parking area is also adequate and ventillation in the basement is good.
