  flagging this Fifth Avenue Condominium out for fellow parents, as it has many top schools within 1 to 2 km radius. these include NYGH, RGPS, MGS, HCI, NJC and Nanyang Pri. just hop onto the mrt for SCGS and ACS Barker. take your pick and settle down quickly before balloting exercise begins!

  basic living on Bukit Timah

  within Fifth Avenue Condo is a small swimming pool and a newly renovated playground. units are spacious, property is well maintained altho looking kinda retro. it won the BCA Construction Excellence Awards Merit in 2000 back in its heyday so it's solid

  best discovery on 5th Avenue

  not a "famous" condo, but Fifth Avenue Condomimium is definitely worth checking out. has everything in place, with sheltered 2min walk to MRT, branded schools around you, and upclass Bukit Timah location. only thing is that condo facilities can be better.
