Avoid at all cost
1. Breeding ground for mosquitoes. 7 bites while sitting at pool area. 12 mosquitoes killed in 1 week until we closed all windows. We live above 10 floors. 2. Rooms are very dark due to blocked facing. Need to turn on lights from 2pm. 3 bedder faces another condo's refuse centre. 3. Terribly dirty - Cockroaches seen immediately outside the side gate. Pigeon faeces on ledges. 4. New guards are rude and inflexible. Be prepared for hell from them during your moving. If I could rate this property zero stars, I would. -
