  Near to Ardmore Park and Orchard. Stone's thr

  Old duplex apartment. For those who like nature as it is surrounded by greenery. Old and small development and only has a gym and pool. But definitely an oasis in Orchard area. Accessible by Orange Grove Rd or Stevens Rd. Needs upgrading so definitely not for those with a very huge budget. A rare gem now in Singapore.

  needs upgrading

  Great location and garden but the management company has let the facilities run down and the recreation room is dangerous for small children.
