My Ideal Home
Euphony Gardens met most of my criteria for a condo living. I paid for the highest $ per PSF in 2024 as the previous owner did not want to budge for I really like the environment as it is nice, peaceful and spacious. Good transport connectivity from TEL (Springleaf Stn), 3 bus services and just 8 mins ride. While 8 mins bus ride ride from NSL (Yishun Stn). And there is Northpoint City and Chong Pang Market and Food Centre nearby. -

Happy Resident
A place for families with children. Lots of open space, friendly neighbours. Peaceful yet close to many amenities. -

Tranquil for Adults, Safe outdoors for kids
Just moved in and am impressed with the peaceful surrounding within the estate. Well maintained facilities and friendly yet safe security officers. My younger boy is strolling at the garden with my mom while my older girl is riding a bike round the english fountain ... I call this place my home. -

Gracious living
As a resident in Euphony Gardens for the past 8 years, my family and I have enjoyed the spacious, beautiful landscaping and well maintained facilities of this charming condo. Many new residents have bought units and moved in recently. Welcome to all of you! -
